SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Italy and typically processed within 1-2 business days.

DELAYS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and additional emails when it is shipped. BRVNO is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages.

MISPLACED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the provided address matches the shipping address and the tracking status reads "successfully shipped," BRVNO is not responsible for misplaced packages.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES POLICY

Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable. Certain cases may be reviewed, but evidence must be recorded.

For assistance, contact business@brvnoofficial.com. Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges. A return form must be filled out accordingly.

RETURN SHIPPING & FAULTY ITEMS

Return shipment costs are not covered by BRVNO. All sale items are final sale. If items are faulty, please contact business@brvnoofficial.com.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and charges are out of our control. You may be charged a fee by the customs authority of your destination. The rules vary, so please be mindful of this and refer to your respected customs website for more information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers are issued via email upon the release of your item. Once the item is in transit, you should check with the courier directly with any further inquiries regarding the shipment.

ORDER EDITING & ADDRESS CHANGES

Check your billing and shipping information carefully—information cannot be altered once the purchase is finalized.
